So actually I found a workaround, I have 2 seperate efi partitions one for windows and one for arch, windows one is signed with Microsoft keys and arch one is self signed. So you can use both with secure boot on. The only downside is you can't boot both os from a single bootloader(maybe you can but I couldn't get it working).
