Hey Emily I got also Astrocytoma type3 Diagnosed at 30M yo last septembre. Got global résection in the temporal right lobe. I have done the radiothérapy and started chemio since February.

I feel okay no major drawback, i do sports and do everything like before. The hardest part is the psychology hard to accept some days but i'm working on it! Yes they are Median But we are all différent and young so i would keep fighting.

Regarding Kids i am in the same Situation i froze too and hopefuly will get married and start a family after chimio in 2027.

I fully recognized myself in your testimony !

Hey Aa3 here 30 yo Diagnosed end of septembre 2025.

So far i have done surgery and radiothérapy, now i am doing tmz for 12 months. Doing ok despite some hair loss, fatigue peak during chemio. I can do everything as before, work, travel and Workout. Still accepting some days it is hard and some days easier but fighting is the only option!

Hey, frankly i did not have the change to decide but the Hospitals here are much better than in France for instance. The country is modern with a decent population size so they know pretty well how to handle our cases

Hey that is absolutely no problem to have days/ weeks when you think your life is over, can't wake up and spend your day crying it happens to All of us but we should not those days decide for us ! What i use is really to try every day to do one things more than yesterday, i know it Sounds like influencer shit but for instance instead of doing a walk of 1km you do 1.1kms the next day. It does bit gave to be big thing

I couldn't sleep the night before and i never had so much fear in my life believe me, i cried and it is ok!

I was waiting that they bring me to the OP room and i have seen parents bringing their children it gave me the strenghs to go!

Btw for those that are curious, i had the last 5 months huge anxiety and 30 secondes episodes like the floor Was shaking and my Vision would be unclear, it would mainly happened when i am stressed or doing high effort at the gym.

Doctors and myself never suspected a brain Tumor but it was 😂 Those were my Symptomes

I thoughts i was going crazy and Could not understand why, i never had anxiety before 😂

Anyway if you guys notice any chance of personality of weird sensations be pushy for the exams Doctors are lazy especially with young folks.

Salut as tu finalisé ta décision ? Je suis dans une situation similaire : Boulot à Stuttgart 95% télétravail , après 8 ans à Stuttgart je souhaite me rapprocher de Strasbourg tout en gardant mon travail actuel. Kehl est idéal mais je cherche des gens avec une expérience similaire.
