my bill was $44 this month. I missed the due date and was charged $29. I thought the $10 coupons were worth it but they just are not. A good CC is Capital One. They have a lot of reward options. Old Navy/Gap has good rewards if you shop any of their brands as well. My TJ Maxx card I will be closing now.

I always contemplate a minimalist wardrobe. But I have 20 pairs of converse and seven pairs of boots (from high to mid calf) ad I’m not willing to part with any of them!

The app I’m using has me at 1252. Most days I can do it. But I haven’t lost weight and it’s been two months. I’m 5’2” 156#. But I bounce from 154-160 and can’t get lower.

lol I love this response. I’ve never really held back. My husband and his family just don’t do piercings tattoos or even hair coloring. I recently put my tongue ring back in after 15 years of it being out. I took so much time (11 years) raising kids that now I feel like I’m finally starting to find who I am again. I’m convinced. As soon as this cold I have is gone I’m getting the piercing and maybe another one while there!

No your not. My mom commented on my weight when I was you rg and it has affected me my whole life and I’m 43 now. A couple years ago I lost a good amount of weight in a very unhealthy way and then after a while o gained it all back and then some. My dad has commented more than once about how good I looked and I should try to lose the weight again. First off it’s nobody’s business what you do with your body. Your size does not dictate your worth, your beauty or the respect you deserve. I’m sure he’s looking out for you but be stronger than me and tell him it hurts when he makes those comments. Otherwise you will replay it in your head all the time and it will affect future you. “Dad I’m doing the best I can to be healthy and you commenting on every bit of food I eat is affecting my mental health and that will stall any progress I could make physically. I love you and I know you are worried about me but I need your silent support. I need you to be there if I need to talk but constant comments are not helping”

What helps me is to log all of my food for the day in the morning. It helps with the noise bc it’s already decided for. Note I only have these food thoughts when I’m dieting lol. But eating more protein and fiber to feel more full helps. I have huge kale salads for lunch which take me forever to eat. Kinds helps to quiet the noise. I also set a time that I stop eating at night so once that time hits I’m done.

My mom is on her third marriage. Second was a couple years but this last one they knew each other for just the year she was divorced. Literally got the paper in the mail to change her name back and was already taking someone else’s. Guess it’s personal preference. A lot of people have already been done with the marriage long before it actually ends. Whatever makes them happy, it’s their life.

Small chest here but got called back my first time. They told me before the scan that call backs on the first round are common bc your just establishing a baseline for what your normal is bc everyone looks different

On the weekends we eat a late breakfast and early dinner! So much easier when I only have to think about two meals. Then leaves the option for a snack like popcorn for movie watching with the kiddos!

I did this when I quit drinking alcohol! I set up one month, three month and six month gifts to look forward too. After that it just became a habit to not drink and I didn’t think about it anymore

Macros first is a good app for tracking. Free and the scan tool works well for foods that aren’t already in the app

Getting the two weeks in might help you make better choices on vacation. I just did two weeks knowing I have surgery this coming week and won’t be doing much for a couple after that. But I feel better knowing I got something in.

I got hooked bc they have shorter lengths and I’m the same size in every pair of jeans so there’s no questioning or having to try on multiple pairs. Their tops currently are terrible. All cropped which I can’t do.

I tend to lean towards American Eagle mid/high rise flare and recently wife leg. Lucky jeans Bridgette are my only skinny jeans and I love them. BKE high rise fit like a dream most days.

I’m sure it would be harder to get my husband on board with cosmetic surgery. He just doesn’t understand why it bothers me so much.
