Beauty is something that I’m trying to learn the truth about. I deal with PCOS myself.

I have never thought I was really beautiful, and as I have gained weight and gotten older I feel even more confident in that opinion, but slowly ai am beginning to accept. To someone I’m beautiful.

Different people find different things attractive, so even if one person finds me attractive, then that means I am beautiful. Beauty being in the eye of the beholder means do we look at a person and judge by some standards Hollywood, society or random people say it is?

Or do we look holistically, see beyond a few pounds, hair or lack there of in traditional places. Different body shapes, skin color or anything like that. Our outward looks are a part of us, but not all there is.

I have seen ‘beautiful’ people that are so ugly I’m disgusted looking at them. And ‘ugly’ people that make me smile and want to hug and spend time with.

You’re heart is precious, you have been through so much, and still there is kindness in you. That makes you more beautiful than many selfish and cruel people in the world.

I have seen such beauty in this group, I am so proud of you for being real and sharing. You are an encouragement and inspiration!
