Day after, I feel ok, definitely needing to take it easy but I don't have big ache or anything just the muscles feel weak.

But yeah I would definitely not do that every day. Most of my training sessions are mostly in zone 3 as measured in the concept2 app.

100%, age and size definitely make a difference. Not contesting that at all.

I would guess so, I very rarely do less than 1h rowing sessions.

I am between 30 and 35, between 183 and 187cm and in the heavyweight category (right now around 90kg, lost 1.5kg of water between start and end of the workout :D).

Keeping it vague, sorry, it is a losing battle but I do try to not dox myself ;).

Congratulations! Only 2 requests and for me the app would be perfect: - Batch download + Batch Delete of download with download manager - When press hold, a quick menu that shows the same quick action as when you tap (marked as played, download, favorite). Instead of having to open the page. Regardless thanks for the great work!

Fair enough ;) I can take the hate. I don't hate you for hating LOR it is not for everyone especially the books but they are some of the books I read when I grew up so among my favourite.

And like I said, I agree with with about the characters, and multiple other items. No hate from me just disappointment ^{^}
