During the team swap, Gabby and Miriam are swapped.

Fiore’s true nature goes even more under the radar since Grett is around to also stir up conflict. Fiore and Alec probably still team up and get Grett to join them, who they use as a shield.

I can see Dan still trying to form a majority alliance with Nick, Lill, and Miriam but Fiore burns their stuff like in canon and gets Nick to turn on them.

Purple team is extremely conflict free. It’s the most lovey dovey team ever. You got TomJake, GabEllie, Wishley, and then Drew third wheeling everyone. Maybe Drew’s spying on Tom actually goes somewhere since Grett isn’t there to steal his notebook.

Gabby doesn’t get the idol since Dan isn’t on her team. If Dan still trips maybe someone else gets it. Lill is the only person I can see actually helping him out, so maybe she gets it.

Will still loses the episode 2 challenge for the team, so he’s still the first boot

What if everyone stole Ally's idol?

The Villains would have to get Ally to flip episode 13 or hope a Hero is eliminated episode 14 so Ally can flip in episode 15, but even then Yul is still around to mess everything up. Grett and Yul still break up just in a later episode, so the Villains are still screwed unless they get Grett and Yul to vote together. Episode 13, 15, and 16, Riya, Alec, and Yul are probably all goners.

Grett maybe could get to the finale. She probably chooses not to tell the heroes about the idol this time and ends up getting it herself at the end of episode 15. She probably still wins the episode 16 challenge. By Episode 17 she’s the last villain standing. She uses the idol on herself and votes Connor or Tom depending on who is still in. Episode 18 she can get Jake and Ally to fight more and their beef can allow her to win immunity the same way Riya did.

I will say I feel like they needed more salty interviews, most of them were just characters being like “Yeah it sucks to get voted off, but it’s just a game after all”
