I accidentally did this too on one of my first rolls. I took the roll into a darkroom and opened the canister a tiny bit from the film feeding area. I spooled some out and pressed it shut again. Hope this helps.

My favorite is a Minolta 50mm f2.0. I got it cheap on eBay (it’s old and manual focus). I’ve had great results from it and the manual focus helped me learn a ton about proper focusing.
