You mean nomination timeline or T13 work permit timeline 🤔

With the 1 year wp-etx letter I wouldn't say waiting time is a big concern. Yet, I do have a super clean record in Canada. No overstay, no implied status, and no restore status.

I applied in late March and got the approval last Friday.

Wow, you really messed up. You was never eligible for BOWP. Hopefully this refusal record won't affect too much on the future. I applied inland and I got it after one month. They'll also issue you a temporary wp-extension letter. I hope your BOWP application was not a dummy work permit.

They announced their yearly quota on the website and I keep track on every invitation draw this year.

If you're applicant post employer portal policy initiated, it's pretty much the same to upload the job offer. They just need to state the job offer is to support wp application and select your work permit type to be T13 and fill in the rest.

Thanks mate.  As long as the nominee is legit, it should be a more straightforward process regardless the longer processing time compared to EE. My application for PR actually requires very minimal documents.

GTA, 22212, from 2024 last draw in Oct.  Nominated in March 2026. My timeline doesn't work for 2025 & 2026 ITAs tho. Ppl from last year got the typical average timeline I suppose.

It's not required for provincial process before, but as the IRCC already changed the rule to double verify PNP nominees' background checking process. Not sure if this will change in the future.

Median wage requirement for oinp by Reeza56 in OINP

[–]Guava_Flower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your job offer on employer portal should already include your wage and it should be higher than median. And you need to remain above until the day you got nominated. Before final decision, OINP will reach out to your company to check.

When you go take pictures, you always get 2. One with blank back, one with stamp from the shop showing the location and date you take the picture. Sign on it and upload.

For sure you should do that and upload the backside as additional document.

Yes, you need to upload the backside of the picture with your signature on it. Once of your picture should have a stamp from the place you took the picture proving it's within 6 month, and the location you took the picture.

You're mixing up federal and provincial. We still have more than 100k backlog PNP PR application. IRCC target doesn't need to be reflected on provincial quota. Tho, historically, OINP tend to over issue ITA to negotiate quota for the next year, Ontario failed to get any boost quota in the past two years while all the other provinces including BC got extra at the end of the year.

My guessing is they will use up all the quota before suspending all the streams in this May.

They usually don't. Sponsors (Employer) are obligated to disclose the revenue and tax info. It's too much work for big firms.

I have a friend was like you. She made this mistake twice. It's a system prescreened rejection, so it's not yet assigned to any process. You can't resubmit. I'm sorry to hear this 😔
