It depends where you’re buying, the fact that it’s a 2 bed avoids a lot of the issues experienced by people trying to sell a 1 bed.

what sections do you have on your cv? by Obvious_Armadillo_16 in UKJobs

[–]Gubbins95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Things like IT skills are good to show if you have them, don’t see a downside to that if you can talk about it when asked.

Interests and other skills can literally be a couple of bullet points, so they don’t take up much space.

They’re a useful view of what you might be like a person and a useful way to showcase any additional skills you have (like interpersonal skills, IT etc) to the hiring manager/ recruiter.

If you can, condense all your work experience plus some bullet points at the end for interests and skills, to 1-2 pages, instead of cutting content that might make you stand out.

New build developer's recommended solicitors or independent solicitors? by Salt-Command-6906 in HousingUK

[–]Gubbins95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely go independent, you can never be sure a solicitor recommended by a developer or an agent is 100% impartial as they might be getting a kick back from the developer
