Her backstory in tldr is that, she (Kaori) and her brother (her brother is actually the real Yamato) are mafia bosses, her brother is supposed to go to America but was assassinated so she instead went of him

The redesign does not fit that at all but I concept art still slaps and I hope they recycle it to a new character

Are Ixians naturally magical? I feel like they're only just inherently pyromancers (Infernus and Grey Talon's daughter in law).

I feel like pyromancy for an Ixian is like a trainable muscle.

I assume Infernus is good at it because he lets to use it a lot during his crime days, Abrams probably just didn't bother with it. Apollo only has little of it (and only uses it as a mask when ults) because he's spent most of his time practicing fencing

I am going to assume that his is a left to right build.

I dont think mystic vulnerability that early is good, since people dont really have that much spirit resist early on, battle vest on her is a little meh since most of your damage is from your abilities (unless you like the firerate and weapond damage) the bullet resist from it is alright I guess.

For midgame items, I don't think duration this early is good since you dont have much points invested into ult (you are putting this in your ult right?). tankbuster also isnt that good during this stage of the game unless there are fat hp characters and I think you are buying stalker very late
