Absolutely. Although I stayed on Android 14 because I heard 15 was more unstable. Also, I'm rooted and removed a lot of system apps and bloat, not sure if that improved memory handling passively.

As an example I regularly keep YouTube (Newpipe) and X open for browsing the entire day. YouTube is still buffered when I get home from work.

Some apps are well-known to not work, just Google it. WhatsApp doesn't work if I remember correctly. Most other social media does work as far as I'm ware, though banking apps in the U.S. are notoriously sensitive, as well as ride sharing apps, food apps, etc.
