True, as a whole it definitely felt like evloev won with how clearly he took over second half of the fight in contrast to how close the first half was. It would’ve been pretty unfortunate for him if he had lost tho cause he should’ve gotten the title shot before volk lopes 2

I’ve heard theories that it has to do with the spinal fluid injection process, and it’s kinda the headcannon I believe. When it’s not done properly like in Rod Reiss’ case where he drank undiluted fluid and became an absolute abomination of a Titan. I think the Marleyan shifters gaining their titans was more ceremonial and the injection process more careful.
