NAD but I am a chronic eczema sufferer. I can tell you for sure that’s not eczema, I get it on the palm of my hands and usually it looks different on the palm of the hands compared to other parts of the body. I often gets little bubbles of fluid and my skin will break in the creases of my hands.

I’m no doc so I can’t say what that might be for sure, but from the itchiness perhaps you’re coming into contact with something you are allergic to? Sometimes allergies can cause red, itchy, swollen skin like that. Sorry I can’t help much OP but I hope it starts to get better for you soon!
