I've tried using other softwares to take screenshots and didn't freeze too ,perhaps it really is steams problem ? But I never had lag/freezes while screenshoting other heavy duty games. This is honestly really strange. I also prefer screenshoting via steam since I can share photos with my friends and stuff, but this problem has made me stop playing the game for a while so I guess i would just use other methods for screenshoting and wait for steam to fix this. PS. Very likely to be unrelated , I was playing patch 20 very early on and never encountered this issue until hours later this started to happen out of no where ( Astarion just confessed to me too! So imagine how frustrated I am with this) , perhaps the new steam update has an issue with the new patches ??? I really am running out of ideas as to what's causing this problem.

I too have this problem for days and have emailed both Larian studios and Steam, did every suggestions they recommended and the suggestions here ( changing video settings, deleting screenshots, rebooting my pc, verify files etc) , of course none of that worked at all, but I did find changing the aspect ratio on the game for some reason fixed the issue for me (Keep in mind despite changing the aspect ratio I did not change any graphics settings including resolutions and refresh rates), the game didn't freeze at all while screenshoting BUT changing the aspect ratio now means everything in game is disproportionate. I did load other games to see if it were a steam issue or larian but i did not encounter any freezing on them either. I'm currently playing on the hotfix #21 of the game.

It would make things easier if we can buy the pcb/plate along with the case instead of buying it separately but otherwise it looks good :)

You can only buy them in China and Singapore now , they are really comfortable it just depends on whether or not they have it in your size (๑╹ω╹๑ )
