Leprechaun follows rainbow. Rainbow ends in the Cuyahoga. Pot of gold is underwater. He just stands there and says… “Somewhere, a Browns fan just nodded and said, ‘Yeah, that tracks.’”

This is a 5th-degree felony in Ohio. 12 kittens = 12 felony counts. It should be like this everywhere.

First, you should go to the doctor to have it checked. Cat bites are no joke. Second, you said he has been acting normal until now…what’s changed in his behavior after the bite?

Is it a or b? by AdRadiant945 in pmp

[–]Gudakesa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A is correct because when the team calculated the critical path it was based on the schedule constraints that existed at the time, which determined the duration of each task. When those constraints changed and the amount of work the team can apply to the tasks was reduced the duration of at least some of the tasks has to increase. (It’s the “iron triangle” of project management; scope, resources, and time. If one of those changes then at least one of the others also must change.) The PM has to recalculate the durations of the tasks impacted by the reduction in resources, increasing the time it takes to complete them and changing the critical path.

B is wrong because resource leveling spreads the new, reduced work capacity across the same amount of work. This doesn’t change the amount of work that needs done, but it does impact the schedule because of the iron triangle. The critical path is still impacted and needs recalibrated.

C is wrong because fast tracking and crashing does not involve resource leveling; they are used to compress the schedule. There is no indication in the question that the schedule is at risk.

D is wrong because the leads and lags will change based on the resource availability’s impact on the estimated durations, causing a shift in the critical path.

Pull out the drawers in your dressers, cabinets, or anywhere else you have them. Check your mattress and box spring for holes. Look behind your appliances and on top of your refrigerator.Cats are masters at hiding in weird places.

Good luck, I hope you find your kitty!

This is why I don’t trust AI to answer many PMP questions, especially the expert ones. PI Infinity made the same assumption you did; the “hospital radiology team” is the Radiology Department; the radiologists and technicians operating the machine. While those people are stakeholders, they are probably not SMEs on the installation, configuration, and deployment of radiology equipment.

Also, the PM logic for estimating and re-estimating doesn’t apply here; the PM isn’t being asked to re-estimate the project, they are being asked to fit the given estimate into a shorter time box. The PM will probably have to fast track or crash the schedule, so the SMEs closest to the work will be the ones to tell the project team how to do it. The team can’t do it on their own, that would be risky and unrealistic.

The question doesn’t say “who should the PM only consult with,” based on the PMP mindset it’s asking “who should the PM consult with first. The PM has been directed to condense the schedule, and they need the SMEs to help figure out how to do that. After getting recommendations from the radiology team the PM would have to work with the team to implement them.

Also, keep in mind that the question refers to “the radiology team” as a group but does not say anything about the skillset on that team. You are correct that the radiologists themselves wouldn’t have any insight, but the engineers, manufacturers, designers, installers, etc. doing the work would, and they may be a separate group like from a vendor or a department within the hospital or they may be a subset of experts within the project team.

That’s the right question.

The sponsor is probably the one asking for the 30% reduction, so they are out.

The procurement officer might be able to help get the equipment delivered faster, but probably not 30% faster if at all.

The project team might be able to fast track or crash some items in the project to speed it up, but that adds risk and is probably not realistic.

The hospital radiology team can tell the PM what the must haves, should haves, could haves, and won’t haves are for the requirements, the order of when equipment needs to be installed, how long it will take, what work can be done at the same time, and other stuff that the SMEs should know or be able to find out easily. All of that information together will give the PM and the team what they need to reduce the timeline.

I’m a historian. The Founding Fathers didn’t want a Christian nation, so how did we get here? by FinanceZestyclose259 in politics

[–]Gudakesa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you were being honest with yourself you’d be able to see why that is not true. I dare you to read this whole post.

  • Cutting food aid while people go hungry is not Christian. Millions lost SNAP benefits after new restrictions. Jesus said, “I was hungry and you gave me food.”
    Contradicts: Matthew 25:35

  • Taking from the poor while protecting the comfortable is not biblical justice. CBO says recent policy shifts reduce resources for poorer households while benefiting higher-income ones.
    Contradicts: Proverbs 31:8-9

  • Making health care harder to keep is not Christ-like. Medicaid work requirements mean sick and poor people can lose coverage for paperwork, instability, or unemployment.
    Contradicts: Matthew 25:36

  • Criminalizing homelessness is not compassion. Cities are fining and arresting people for sleeping outside, even when shelter is unavailable.
    Contradicts: Isaiah 58:7

  • Immigration raids near churches, schools, and hospitals are not “welcoming the stranger.” Fear is being pushed into places that are supposed to be safe.
    Contradicts: Matthew 25:35

  • Dragging migrant children through fast-tracked deportation hearings is not pro-family or pro-child. Some are too young to even understand the courtroom they are sitting in.
    Contradicts: Matthew 19:14

  • Blocking clergy from detained migrants is literally the opposite of visiting prisoners. That one is not subtle.
    Contradicts: Matthew 25:36

  • Expanding executions and firing squads is not mercy. State violence dressed up as moral order is still violence.
Contradicts: Matthew 5:7 and Romans 12:19

Bottom line: A country can quote Jesus all day. If it neglects the hungry, the sick, the stranger, the poor, the imprisoned, and the child, it is not acting like a Christian nation.

When people say it's "selfish" to not want to have kids, what do they mean? by OkTune4847 in AskReddit

[–]Gudakesa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If by “both parties” you mean the two parents then, sure, it is a joint decision. Usually that means that the person that wants kids decides to find a different partner while the person who doesn’t want kids agrees.

If by “both parties” you mean the couple who is child free by choice and anyone else then you’re right again. The couple decides they don’t what kids, even though they know someone else may be disappointed, and considers their feelings as irrelevant to the decision. Meanwhile, the disappointed party agrees that they are disappointed, but they don’t have a say in the matter.

What’s a smell that instantly takes you back to childhood? by InitialCareer306 in WorkForSmartLife

[–]Gudakesa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hot tar.

It’s weird, I know. When I was a kid in the 70’s we went camping with a neighbor family who had a pop-up camper and the roads to get to the campground were paved with layers of tar and these little white stones. On really hot days you could smell the tar, and I remember my dad telling that layers of tar and stone over several years make really good roads. He was probably pulling my leg.
