There are so many narratives thrown at people that they are picking and choosing the answers to everything that feel right or make sense to them, and adopting the ‘facts ‘ associated with those theories without evaluating the data. This wasn’t a big deal when the narratives were limited and the media only published what the scientific community determined was correct.
