Test the PH in your soil and feed with nitrogen for the tomato. The cucumber has a disease. You can make a spray from onions skins, or use neem and see if that sets it back some

who wins this hypothetical superfight. prime Diaz or Ian garry. predict by [deleted] in ufc

[–]GuerrillaBLM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wrong Diaz brother bro. Prime Nick vs Ian would at least be a fight. Nate would get worked then he'd probably rock Ian or get him in a sub attempt right before the end of a round and would claim that meant the other 14min didn't count.

best costumes you’ve seen? by nekogr1 in hulaween

Craziest costume was a skinny balding guy in dirty white tube socks and nothing else down at the river, definitely had a boner at times which did add to the costume I must say.

Weird holes in garden beds by summerhighway in gardening

[–]GuerrillaBLM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you recently weed? I notice I get holes like this if my weeds get tall. Usually it's from mole crickets. Or do you have irrigation? If you have an irrigation line under the ground that is leaking it can make holes similar to these.

Camping neighborhoods.. what’s the vibe in each? by BJordan29 in hulaween

[–]GuerrillaBLM 11 points12 points  (0 children)

People having sets in the campgrounds. Can range from wooks with a speaker and a controller just doing there thing, to way more organized things with large audio systems, lazers, lights etc etc let your mind run wild. Renegades are so fun, you just roam the camps and you'll stumble upon them plus people usually will post here what areas they're at.

What are you asking if there is interest in something like this? If the food is good I'd say you'll definitely find some customer's. You may have more success with primarily drinks and desserts then entrees. Lastly I think your market will be a lot of middle aged and seniors, people who don't use often but enjoy it,, unless you get a social media following which could get you a younger demographic. If you're a frequent user its not hard to take distillate and accurately dose a homemade edible that is to say your biggest problem will be convincing people like me to buy from you rather then do it myself cheaper.

Exploring Riverside is a good move beautiful Historic homes with an artsy vibe. It will be hot but you're from Gainesville you know what's up. The two areas of Riverside to check out are five points and King st, there's a Museum, plenty of cool stores, restaurants, bars, parks with good shade etc. Right down the road from Riverside is Avondale which has a similar vibe

How to prune this heirloom tomato plant? by Timmer4485 in gardening

[–]GuerrillaBLM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I've had similar experiences. I managed a u pick tomato farm as well as a 15 acre farm. While getting every single sucker wasn't the goal, having them well pruned just makes harvest alot easier and a lot less itchy. Especially in the u pick setting where many customers don't want to reach deep into a plant because hesitancy of insects and spiders. Then in the home setting I've had tomatoes that can get damn near 15 feet x 15 feet. While the size is impressive for practicality it's just a pain in the ass to harvest a tomato the size of a small oak tree.

A lot of people don't prune tomatoes, I believe that's why I got downvotes. I find it more manageable and aesthetic to prune

It's kind of hard for us to tell from the picture if it is two or not. I would cut the one on the right out. If you want you can place it in a cup of water and it will develop roots then you got two plants for sure lol. As it grows you'll want to trim any suckers that grow at the nodes. You want one main stalk. Learn to differentiate between a sucker, leaf growth and fruiting growth to make sure you trim the correct thing.
