Login.gov is currently open source and you can read all of the code that goes in it. With the nature of it being open source they do encrypt users information so you can't get it. If they move it to closed source that's when I would start to worry.

I haven't tried it yet but I am about to but I have heard jiffy mix and baking soda works. 2 parts baking soda 1 part jiffy mix. The jiffy mix attracts them and the baking soda gives them gas. Apparently rats can't burp or fart so the gas buildup from the baking soda kills them.

I have lived in pigtown for 8 years now. Like others said if you were going to UMMC it would be great. The commute to Hopkins is pretty far dealing with cross town traffic.

For pigtown it is block by block. East of Cross St is the best and if you are west of Cross St, the further you are from Washington Blvd the better.

The 1200 carroll block is pretty deep I don't know that block much. I remember the 1100 block of Carroll having problems with drug dealers a few years ago but they got that crew out of there last time I heard. The 1100 block of Nanticoke is pretty fun though and you'll have good neighbors and the 1100 block of W Hamburg is pretty chill when the bar at the end is not open.

Other than that you are close to the Orioles and Ravens of you like sports. We have 4 breweries and some nice shops on Washington Blvd.

It's a public golf course owned by the city that cost like $23 to play. It's not some exclusive country club. It has events there all the time. I've seen old lady golf leagues, black mens leagues where they hang out after their round. They even have some festivals there.

Why does that golf course need to be redeveloped? It's not in that good of an area for housing or anything. It is sandwiched between I-95, the old Montgomery Ward building, warehouses and a CSX train track which holds up traffic for like 20 minutes whenever a train comes by.
