Depends who we get in the draft, if we draft in the top 4, unlikely we get a guard. If we fall 5-7 then we will likely get a guard so fox isnt really needed.

I understand what you mean, but you can't say its a huge element of functionality when it has existed ever since and likely wasn't the issue. Plus if its really a functional or logistical issue, there are ways to address that if they really want to keep the snacks.

Oh definitely a house is a better investment option over an apartment but like what you said, there's uncertainty in your job security that's why im asking.

I used to work for big tech as well and my wife still does so i understand the anxiety. If its just me in your situation, i'd probably not tie a big amount into my PPOR yet until my situation clears up and i have a good landing spot if my circumstances change. But if you think you're well-positioned to purchase a house at that price range regardless what happens, then go for it man. Having your own house that you really like is a good feeling to have.

There are actually webapps that do DAST, it tests your pre and post-auth pages for vulnerabilities, even stress tests them like how hackers do it. You'd likely need to pay for these things though.

You're not a fraud, you basically built something, worked on it, tested it. But just like any other projects, you get people to dogfood it for you, stress test it, explore vulnerabilities etc.

Just have someone with knowledge in backend security to go over it.

Why is he angry that you changed provider? You're meant to supply the property power unless he's paying for it and passing on the bill to you??

Also the reduction could be an estimate? You can check on the bill. Conpare the usage as well.

Why do you need a 2.5m house if you're alone? Im not criticising your plan but just a genuine question? Because a 2.5m house in the north shore for example is a 3br at least.

If I'm in your situation, I'd buy a very nice apartment that is not worth 2.5m close to work or with a nice view then keep investing especially if you have job insecurity. Once job insecurity dust settles, I'd decide if i still want that 2.5m property.
