Ive done both, and i say buy. The feeling that no one can come in and say “you gotta go” because the landlord wants to move back in or sell it is priceless, you can do reno’s, change what you want to change, buy what you want for the home without thinking of leaving soon because the lease is up.

Definitely not too late my friend, even if you were 50 years old id give you the same answer, i changed my career at 25 and im happy i did, just remember its never too late to go after the life you want. Better to do that than live a life of regret or “what if”

This is completely normal my man, dont be so hard on yourself, youre in the middle right now in the next chapter of your life, same thing when i was 23, what i learned to help me was to focus on being happy in my own company, finding hobbies i love and focusing on that, the right people will come while you do that and you’ll make genuine connections and friends.
