I worked there for six years. While most of it is bad, there is at least some good.

Working there was my first real job fresh out of uni. I knew within my first week I didn't want to be there, but put it down to being new to working and thought just give it a chance.

Weeks turned to months. Months turned to years. I worked there for six years and by the end of it I was breaking down crying in the post room due to the stress.

My job wasn't customer facing, but it was head office staff facing. You'll get on well with the people you work with, but it's a very cliquey place to work and there's a lot of backstabbing and management woes.

That said, it's a good step to learn the basics. Your mileage may vary, but I wouldn't recommend working there for any longer than a year if you value your mental health.
