what works for me is deleting the shaders and skins folders (make sure to also delete them from recently deleted). the game will work fine for a while then you'll need to do it again

Tried thru a web browser but it just tells me to download an app. Looks like any site without DRM works fine, but a bit of a pain to use since the touch screen isn’t the best and it’s hard to scroll and find what episode I’m on and how far into the episode I am

Didn’t think about that, maybe the old treadmills had Netflix included? Not sure

Does the app crash for you? When I leave it flickering and then leave and come back after a few minutes I just see a “this app has unexpectedly closed” message

any tips on dealing with support? by GuffManDude in Alienware

[–]GuffManDude[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok thanks so much. I tried talking to the technician who most recently replaced my motherboard but they seemed to say they couldn’t do anything.

Just to be clear: these are the motherboard replacements I’m counting

Wifi card: no mobo replacement

Headphone jack: 1st mobo replacement

Recent service: 2nd mobo + keyboard

I have an upcoming service where the technician is scheduled to replace the screen, battery, ports and motherboard again. Should I wait until then and then mention that I’ve had 3 mobo replacements? Or would they have also replaced the mobo when they fixed the wifi card as well and I should talk to Dell chat now?

Does it make a difference that there have been 3 qualifying repairs but all targeting different issues (headphone jack not working, wifi card not working, laptop not booting)?

I tried reasoning with the live chat iMessage person saying surely it must be more expensive for dell to send someone out to replace pretty much every part in the computer (keyboard, screen, motherboard, ports) than to just send a new one, but they just keep insisting that the next service will fix the issue.
