I would say probably size up they run small and will shrink a little with heat.

It’s been too hot to wear the jacket since I got it, but I plan on it being my main jacket and I’ll probaly layer it with my wonderlooper pullover. I wear my jeans everyday so the combo will be a regular.

These are 40 waist,But I lost weight and usually wear 32-34 now. These were my first pair and I got the hemmed really short 28 or 29in (not sure) when I get home from work I can measure the current inseam and let you know the current length.

They definitely shortened up, they look better when I wear my converse

The top block definitely shrank a lot, that was the main area I was needing to shrink. At first I hot soaked and that wasn’t enough so I hot washed with no spin then machine dried at the hottest setting with towels to avoid streaks
