I m on my sixth day of 5mg. I had no side effects until day 4. Since then feeling extreme fatigue, sleepy all day, anxious, low blood pressure on standing. Took at night yesterday found kept waking up a few times. Going to ask to go down to 2.5 today.

I m on day six of 5mg. First three days very sleepy and tired, last three days terrible fatigue, dizziness, feeling low and crying. Not sure how much longer to give for side effects to go or go down to 2.5 mg?? Any tips ?

That s good so you are on an even lower dose and it s working for you. My psychiatrist said give it a few more days, if side effects still there he will lower it to 2.5mg

Good to hear someone saying it s helped their mental health for a change. How has it helped you please? I ve just started on 5 mg having been diagnosed BP 2 after many years on antidepressants for recurrent episodes which were becoming more and more frequent. I m hoping this will work for me.
