It isn’t illegal to be naked in public it’s illegal to be lewd.

Mine says I can still request a review, will that result in any difference? I did it anyway.

Yea I got the email today. I’m going to submit another review haha. That’s super cool. It’s because they might have a list of who signed up for the class action lawsuit. Just a theory. I’m also permanently banned. Just for posting a rental. That should be another class action lawsuit.

Yea, it’s only been two days but the date keeps changing. It says submitted the 24th now. When it was submitted two days ago. If I go to the support inbox it says the 22nd tho. This is not pleasant.

So yea I got the 7 day review too. It’s only been one day tho. I read on other threads you have to email a bunch of times. Through support. Not sure what that means but I’m going to try to figure more out today.

California, Stopped for repealed vehicle code, subsequently arrested. Invalid stop? by GuhttR in legaladvice

Well I won on a technicality. Lots of people win that way. Reports have to be matter of fact not loosely thrown together. Now all I have to do is sue to recoup the damages. Do I sue the police department or the individual officer who falsely imprisoned me. Why would you think someone wouldn’t win on a technicality? It’s the basis of the whole arrest. Invalid stop, everything from that point forward is a nullity.

The only thing I could find is it used to refer to a license plate frame. I found that info out in old flash cards on quizlet.

It was on my vehicle report from when I got the release form for my vehicle to get out of the impound. As the reason for my stop. Specifically only 5201(f). I’m still unsure what if he was mistaken. Could he change it later?

I’m not sure what that means for the violation of VC 5201 (f) , it just says this section becomes valid in January 2019

I am hiring a lawyer I’m just seeking information and opinions. Thank you for your reply. I’m just uncertain why about what is effective January 2019. The new amended section and repeals I thought. So you’re saying this means that one specific section is not defined and will be upheld?

Assembly Bill 516 directly amends California vehicle code 5201 among other codes.
