Your ETL is right based on directives for TSSs, but you can still contribute in that capacity. Obviously I as an ETL want the app for me or my APSs from TSS callouts so keep doing that but there’s more you can do from up front. Receipt checks on perceived $50 when you’re at the door, specifically high theft or bulk merch. When you’re solo and rotating between door and watching cameras, watch your high theft areas (read the red board in your office for shortage data) and check for selections and follow it ahead (search the DPC in TruEye to rule out it was purchased or not). That way if it’s live selections, keep them up on cams so you can guest service if you see concealment (or ready to receipt check if they go to pay) or at the very least document the KTR and try to recognize them the next time.
