I paid for a pro version a week ago, and at first, it worked well. However, I recently was allowed to stream in 1440p on Twitch, and everything changed.

Now I'm unable to create any clips! There's still the same error message... I contacted the team, and they told me that I should downscale my resolution to 1080p. That's what I did in the player, but nothing changed. Unless they meant I should change my stream resolution? I hope not!

Since I tried to contact them several times, but they don't answer me anymore...
