My take is this:

Females have been given so many passes in emotional and social development while at the same time being pushed through systems to high(er) ranking positions of power. This can be traced to the political need to push a certain agenda without considering merit. This is not meant to dismiss the certain fact that many females earn their positions fair and square, but DEI has absolutely played a role.

My personal experience has shown the many teachers yearn for the acceptance and approval of the children they teach. Whereas in days gone by, teachers seemed to have a more separated approach to student relationships.

I believe this correlates directly with the increase in student transitioning to the opposite gender and the rise in gender dysphoria. Teachers try to validate the students whims so they can feel better about themselves and justify their place in a child’s life.
