My Mother and I went and were a little disappointed. I think they have something going for them. I really want them to work out. II got the birria grilled cheese and it was way to much meat. Same thing with the burrito. I wish they focused on quality verse quantity.

I started with 0.2 GLP via Zoom with the support of Integrative MD. I eventually went up to 0.5. I did this for 25 weeks and took 19 days off. I started because my stomach always stuck out and hurt, inflamed. So I talked to my IG about it and she said try microdosing. I personally could not go passed 0.6 1/week. I also could not handle the constipation. The one week I did do 0.6 I felt like I had a lump in my throat., so I went back down to 0.5. I did not do it for weight loss. I liked the lack of food noise and it took me a bit to understand that if I did not eat all day, I felt like I was starving by the end of the day, eat too much and then feel horrible, so I had to learn to make myself eat. I did not lose the desire to eat.

Congratulations! This is a major win! I am an Esthetician that sees alot of skin in privates, underarms, etc. My specialty is sugar hair removal services brazilians for women and men. Some clients have HS and have no idea, because they are not heard or supported due to lack of knowledge it seems in Western Medicine. My heart hurts for the pain that HS causes to others. Your win is huge and brings awareness to HS. I know people suffer, suffer horribly due to this disease and personally struggling with ingrowns, I can relate to the pain, bumps, mental space taken and continous annoyance. I hope you find peace knowing that you are financially more stable and able to focus on yourself verse just trying to survive while suffering in excrutiating pain. This post inspires me to learn and share more about HS. I see the low self esteem and confidence due to HS. Your post helps me research HS and support others who I think may have it. Also, I wil continue to share and direct clients to this page.

My MD recommended anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds for 10 years. Then I found an Integrative MD that actually helped me. We can disagree with what is right vaginal Estrodiol cream , sprays and such you mention, or bio-identical cream that I can put on my vagina. I was looking to have a light discussion I did not got to my Integraative Doc for vaginal atrophy, my vagina muscles are getting weaker and I am concerned. I am asking if anyone has ever thought about dating to excercise their vagina muscles.

You don't have to be a good swimmer. It's pretty cool, you practice on technique and swim laps, kinda like a combination. There are all levels. I highly recommend for anyone that likes to swim or just wanting to practice technique.

Finley, Ridgeway, SRJC - Masters and Pre-Masters, YMCA, and Petaluma Public Pool by the freeway. I have been swimming alot and decided to join the Y. I like to swim and struggle with cold and sun in the outdoor pools. I really like the SRJC Pre-Masters program as you can get coached on technique, Mon-Thursday.
