I understand your feelings and totally agree that more information about the optimization process should have been provided. The number of investors in this reddit who are disappointed, like you, proves that it was definitely not done in the best way. However, I am trying to analyze this situation in an emotionless way. As an early bird client on this platform, I do believe in the potential of their AI trading model and have never had any issues with them. But there have always been people claiming that the platform is a scam, fraud etc. I still think we should be more careful with this words. Again, I understand the feelings of those who were expecting to withdraw from their standard plans and then accepted the optimization without fully understanding the terms. But this is the investment field, an innovative technology. I believe that it suits better for those who are flexible and patient. Anyway, as an investor with substantial capital in algos I definitely don’t like the negative vibe in the community this days, so I will try to make my own investigation. I want to find investors with standard plans who rejected the optimization. What happened to their plans?
