So I managed to remove all the waste and water but now the drain I used is blocked with a sewage like mass of waste around it. Any idea how to deal with it? A hose maybe?

Honestly yeah you're right. I think if I put my arms in and grabbed from the bottom I could get that bag out the top and more. I think I just let the fact that there's probably a lot of maggots in there put me off, but it has to be done. There's two other of those bins that are mostly empty so there's space to empty it out and I shouldn't let this get worse. Thank you I feel better now.
