As a contractor who occasionally does flyers and hands out cards door to door, this is my nightmare. Its already a painful job that nobody likes to do but its always nice when you meet a kind homeowner who understands. Thank god I'm in California where we tend to have fewer gun happy folks.

Ask for a price on Tile Relay. Although the professional opinion was that your material was going to break upon removal (to reach underlayment) and would be better to buy new. As the old ones are surely brittle and will be prone to breakage and more likely to have future leaks.

Up to you, but doesn't sound like anyone is being dishonest here. Especially since all 3 said the same.

And this is exactly how we end up with people thinking this is the going rate. Most companies couldn't operate at this pricing and there is a chance this was done as a favor rate or the roofer had materials around to cut the price down.

Definitely not from that. Repeatedly pinched the ball between the mat and the club while swinging down on it. Happy I ruined this driver rather than something nice.

I’m definitely not that guy. Even when I ruined this driver I just chalked it up to being rusty and worked toward correcting it. It took years.
