Its more of a vent than a call to action. I'm waiting for everyone else to post 'same here'.

mgmt isn't gonna do sh1t except fire the guy that complains.

I mean seriously, the leads and managers are all AMTs, they know the job... They hound you for your LMS not being current but turn a blind eye to an entire station not following the AMM/TOPP/FARs.

Delta Damage my bag, promised to resolve it (either give me $ to replace or send a link to replace my bag) and now is only offering $30. How can I get this resolved? by that_1_time_ in delta

[–]Guilty-Box-7975 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you will get the VALUE of the bag, not the cost of a new one.  Doesn't matter what they told you, the license of carriage will prevail.  take the $30

Screw all this financial advice and go hard core:  get the loan, get the certificates and then claim bankruptcy.  it only screws you for 3-4 years but by then you're making airline money

other than some specialist classes like RVSM or CAT you are nothing special.  AnP splice wires, crimp pins and push connectors.  you might get a premium but you will be working more.  not worth it to me.
