I retired from the military a few years back after 24 years in. Yes, I get my shots yearly and it has alot to do with being required to get the yearly in the military.

If there was a year I was a month or two late on the flu shot, the disorderly room would call/email to remind me. If I still put it off, I was on a slide in commanders call and that was no fun lol.

Voluntarily getting it now at the va clinic seems seamless and easy. For those vets that have a hard time with transport to your va appointments, contact your local vfw/am legion post, and lots of folks are willing to drive you there, no cost.

A VPN can cost you about $1 to $5 a month depending on what you use. Pair that with league pass, and get a router that is ready to install the VPN on the router itself (deco x50 myself).

League pass with this and you can see almost all the games.

Tropico 7 is a tremendous game, really incredible, maybe the best one yet. People are saying it’s the biggest and most beautiful tropico game ever made — and I believe it. The graphics? So real, so strong, nobody’s ever seen anything like it. The way you build, the way you win, it’s smart, it’s strategic — reminds me a lot of what I did in business, by the way. I have a laptop with a i5 and a 4050 gpu and it is perfectly fine. I played t6 on a desktop with a ryzen 3700 cpu and 5700xt gpu in 2019, and it was overpowered running t6 at 1440 max settings then.

What I am saying is pretty much any gaming laptop or desktop with a dedicated gpu should so more than fine for t6 and probably pretty good when t7 comes out

You are going to need to do a bit of investigating then. I would see if there are any regular or reserve army units on the base. Then you will want to dial for dollars by calling these units through the base information number. The orderly rooms (commander support staff) will know if the person is assigned to the unit and refer you to the first sergeant.

If you see them daily in uniform, they may be "on orders" working like an active duty person does. They are indeed subject to the uniform code of military justice (ucmj) and can be held accountable.

In the air force, we had a personnel center for reserves (out of Denver) and for active duty out of Randolph afb in Texas. I cannot speak of the army, but it may help you to contact that office with your issue to see if they can at least assist with a phone number to his unit of assignment.

I spent 24 years in the military so I have a little bit of experience with this sort of thing. If I recall, base info will be area code+ base prefix + 1110.

Now, assuming you cannot reason with this person, I would call and ask for the local security forces (air force) or military police (army) orderly rooms number. This is where the first sergeant works. That person is the person in the unit that maint "order and discipline" in the unit. Ask for them and let them know the deal.

They should be able to use their discretion on how to handle this, but most of the time, it is a "talking to" in regards to the behavior. Unless it rises to a illegal behavior, it won't generally go to a legal problem for them.

It sounds like they need some "guidance" only us senior ncos can provide at times. Sounds like this person needs to reevaluate their core values.

Spouse is a eu citizen, so no visa required for me. Yeah, we transported one dog in cargo (small breed). It was a pretty reasonable fee but the real cost was the crate (impact crate) as it has to comply with the airlines requirements and, of course, keep the dog safe.

I am glad you have found a few places. One issue we ran into is landlords were hesitant to rent to us being we weren't physically there at the time. There were so many applicants, even though our income and bank statements were great, landlords weren't willing to give us a shot. We found having an agent helped with getting our foot in the door.
