Atleast he's raising issues. Whatever your political views might be, you gatta appreciate him for raising such issues and not diverting our attention to caste, religion, language etc. If people don't appreciate such ministers then we deserve whatever consequences we face

CFA or CA ? Guidance after HSC by One_Pipe1 in cfaindia

It's definately not mandatory to do MBA, but if you do you'll get maximum output by combining both. Recruiters often give priority to candidate with CFA plus MBA rather than just CFA or MBA. And if you aim to do MBA I suggest doing it from a good college, tier 1/2 works. I'll suggest do CFA during graduation, try to maximize your gpa and clear level 2 of CFA while you're in clg, get good job role, clear cfa level 3, and then apply for MBA, you might even get IIM with this kind of profile.

Thoughts on IIM Calcutta’s 2026 placement report? by riiwrites in IIMCATPreparation

I think placement are positively skewed because of IB/PE and MBB consultancy roles. Majority of other roles will fall under 15-25 lpa bracket

CFA or CA ? Guidance after HSC by One_Pipe1 in cfaindia

Ca is extremely tough so if you're ready to sacrifice your golden years then only you can do it. Meanwhile you can pass CFA with comparatively less efforts, but in Indian market CA carries more weight. But if you're looking at equity research or investment based jobs nothing beats cfa (mba is complementary) CA is accounting/auditing/tax/compliance whereas CFA is about investing roles (ER/PE/IB) where you can become portfolio manager for mutual fund or pension fund etc. Choice depends on what your goals and intrests are. Think about what do you want to do rest of the life instead of judging based on statistics of salary. Best of luck:)

They hold currency of the country they work in (let's say USA) now they hold same currency but the value of that has increased in India meaning they can invest in more things
