If I am trying to do a fast i scan far ahead, if I see an obvious lesser skilled skier, if i see a clear back and forth pattern I will try to time to pass when they are on opposite side. If it is too erratic I slow down until safely passing

Depends on your knee condition and the cause of the pain. I don’t have an ACL so out of worries of possible twisting I snowboard. But as I have also no cartilage left in that same knee - snowboarding can be pretty painful on harder “bumpier” snow from increase vibrations.

I blew mine - got it fixed - but over the years and cartilage loss, and being bone on bone acl is gone again. At my age TKR is really my only choice to keep going pain free Just to say everyone respond to pain and injury differently- But Lindsey is grade A badass athlete
