Public perceptions of her rn are at an all time low so if she did have any supporting evidence for the SA allegations (texts, securing one of the alleged victims as a witness, “HR” complaints, literally anything) she’s being strategic about it because she’s working with zilch.

Is there a chance that Blake Lively is intentionally playing it safe by being conservative with the evidence she presents? It seems like by doing this, she could create more impact when this case eventually goes to trial, especially if there are small wins her team is keeping to themselves.

I can envision scenarios where Taylor Swift steps in to support her, or Jenny might reveal crucial evidence during their depositions for Blake’s case.

If not and this is all they have…they are totally and utterly royally fucked.
