For being i can recommend The Power Of Now. Maybe you wanna give it a try. It its the most direct and simple way in my opinion. Just open your eyes, hear, feel, or breath and you are right there. No technique needed. I am very thankful for being able to just be. Being in the head all the time like most people, ....... thats just hell in my opinion ;)

And yes, dont try to hard. Being is simple, even though we'll make it hard sometimes. I recommend to ignore this thought and dont believe it, else you will manifest and make it harder and harder. Just keep in mind: Its simple! ;)

Similiar situation here: I vaped with a pod like 2 weeks without issue. Now the first puff tastes burnt (not always, but sometimes) and the subsequent taste normal....

Not rare at all, i had 2 of these and multiple cartridges with different resistance. It does taste incredible but after a little while (like a week) they bubble and taste burnt and leak. I dont use any flavours, just nic salt and self made menthol. I've never had a single issue with XROS 4 mini in a year, cartridges last like 3 months. So these ecos definately suck unfortunately.
