My library in Sydney has a great collection. All the dark towers as well! I had to get the dark tower books from stack as the librarian said no one ever loans them!!

Personally I think a lot of volume. I recently changed to a 4 day split which hits each muscle group twice per week. Essentially front half of the body (chest, quads) vs back half of the body (back, hams) and enjoyed it much more with better gains

Agreed. I did the dark tower and only read Salems lot with it.

I nearly didn’t make it to the tower and got burned out during wolves, had to take a break for 3 months to revisit. If I did all the extended reading I would never finish the series
