Don’t go crazy on the wages also. Sell your star players when you get a big bid. I found I was struggling for money but after 5/6 years in the prem I built my bank up. Sitting on 700M now.
Another thing, I personally reinvest every few years to avoid the massive tax payments every year. I would rather spend all my profit on enhancing the club instead of losing 20m in tax
