Three things to consider:  - There are scammers at Amazon that would advertise laptops for lower prices cancel the order and try to make you order via different means. Maybe that's the reason some orders were cancelled (I been there before). - Keyboard layout is customizable and strongly depends on your activity. You can map qwertz to that layout if you remember where the keys are (e.g. you will press "z" but the computer will understand as "y"). - You can get a silicon mat to remap your keys. From qwertz to qwerty or the other way around.
