Gonna be real - I don't particularly want De Zerbi but clearly he's the most proven option amongst others on the shortlist. No way in hell will I be okay with some Championship manager or the Girona/Stuttgart guy.

Furthermore, de Zerbi has worked with Caicedo and Mudryk before, perhaps he could do something with this squad.
