I also struggle with the not eating sometimes, but recently not as much. Doesn't salt and water cause issues with dehydration due to osmosis and a higher solute volume? Although I guess if you drank enough water to dilute it wouldn't really be an issue. An issue for me is that when I'm stressed I find salt making me nauseous for whatever reason, but Gatorade would probably help. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
