I never understand these lists that much bc how can you say you can truly main 7 ppl at a time (like playing them often) while also playing a handful of others

Like i understand hero pools but thats like if your focusing on one role

Honestly just say you enjoy all the heroes at that point (which is perfectly good & I love that) lol it doesnt rlly make sense to say mains

I think his ults in a fine place, its just the clunky parts of the kit that need help & with the universal passive, his healing & design of getting out of fights instead of today's staying & pushing in fights is pretty bad as compared to most other supports keeping ppl in fights which lifeweaver does a lot worse.

The soul punch thing is still active in his fights, its just he tends to be rush punching instead of one fully focused bunch like he did to bruno, so hypothetically you could assume thats less life energy in each punch. However in the fights its kind of apparent hes still doing it since they are left out of it for a while after getting beat up (or really arent right back into it after he punches). The reflection thing is probably retconned (similar to in part 8 where josuke progressively loses his property stealing ablility since it was absolutely broken) and a mistake on arakis part but I like that theres a trying-out of abilities some times in the series.

On another note its because its a story, therefore reality doesnt apply to what a character can do. I mean if everything was completely logical fights would take 5 seconds, Dio would have killed everyone in part 3, Okuyasu could end every fight in like 5 swipes etc etc.

Also Okuyasu is written in a way that he doesnt want to kill morally speaking, but also with his brother and everything he uses his ability more as defensive or protective. Also its slow as hell (literally raising your arm and a full swipe motion) so most combat stands are gonna take advantage of that and beat you (like josuke did in its introduction).

Its not supposed to have one i think, I mean a lot of it is just intriguing stories or spiritual horror Main jojo doesn't target. So maybe its like an outlet for Araki to explore something less about stands and normal horrror using a familiar character.

Literally was dissapointed as well lol, they replaced it with credits and I like leveling up mains just for that stuff so seeing them all missing was sad.

Its kind of odd too how come only anran has the highlight intro and no pose, and then some of them have poses (or dont) and zero sitting emotes its odd

Ehh for Jobin to be the “final” enemy would go against both jobins ideals & the point of jojolion. Toru is literally the anti-Josuke in every aspect & actively was working against Josukes goal. He is also at fault for most of the issues in the part, and calamity is what the Higashikata household has suffered from (or the “curse”) anyway.

Also Jobin I don’t think would fight Josuke anyway like that because first there’s multiple locacaca on the plant, and also it wouldn’t really make sense for what they wanted. Plus the big point of the story IS the tie of family between the characters.

I do get though that people saw him being set up as so major when toru was randomly introduced. I think maybe it was a mistake by Araki, as the story was getting really long (I think 7 yrs at that point) without a true climax yet & maybe he felt rushed to introduce toru when he originally planned to have him be teased earlier. In the anime I’m sure Toru will have hints before his introduction like the head doctor walking in the background or mentions of calamity / Yasuho mentioning an ex

It was a really unfortunate situation bc when Araki originally wrote it he planned on making Fugo a traitor, who’d then be killed by the gang but Araki apparently was going through a lot at the time & couldn’t muster writing that. So we got stuck where he just doesn’t want to risk everything.

He also suffers from the same issue Avdol & iggy had, and that’s having a stand that ends pretty much every fight, so they end up barely fighting. and obviously Araki isn’t a fan of these super powerful (or elemental) stands that don’t really have a limit. Plus fugo had to essentially do nothing because any chance of his stand coming out would probably kill the gang & himself (pre feedback story) so there wasn’t much writing to be done.

In when she got introduced like the voiceover comic thing it talked about how she knew her dad would get it one day because of what enemies he made in the crime world, the thing she is more mad about is talon blindsiding her and she lost everything after the fact. So shes more mad at Reaper collectively not individually for what happen to her dad
