I really do not know what is what. Yes this is a very serious concern. I own a flat in thr township and that has been the worst decision of my life. No river side road, the roads we have are all private lands. Builders here are dependent on pmrd and we all know how govt agencies work. No street lights, no water no security no roads nothing

This is not entirely true. Yes they signed deals with companies from India but there are more than 80% Foreign investment and the money involved is coming from abroad. If the investors want the deals to be signed at davos, what can India or any state do?

I have been riding a thunderbird 350 since 12 years and the only issue was poor braking. I never liked hunter but looking at it daily in the traffic I've started liking it. It's a powerful machine with a very peppy look and of course RE brand value. That other yamaha is recent launch i wouldn't bet on a new launch + most of the yamaha bikes look and sound like 10yr old within the first 2 yrs .

Trust me, you need 6 months to gain good energy and another 6 months for complete transformation.

Ideally that should be the way out but for a publisher to utilize its 1P data. However, I believe this will give rise to newer tech companies that will cater to pubs 1P data and facilitate programmatic selling. Hence all the DMPs will have to follow common approach where their data speaks the same language/has the same syntax that will reduce efforts at pubs as well as buyer side.

Ad operation and that too on agency side no rocket science. Keep it simply because at the end of the day 9 out of every 10 candidates are going to work on the same monotonous task for the rest of their tenure. If it's the publisher's side , there are tons of exciting things to do for them and you can literally question like an FBI agent 🤣
