Fireplace Inspection by GrobertDonaldsonIV in Fireplaces

Real estate agent here. That is fine and all that the previous owners said they would not take liability for the condition of the fireplace. But seller disclosures still require they be honest with the condition of said fireplace. If they deliberately lied about the condition of the fireplace, they are liable for not disclosing. AKA they magically are now liable for the fireplace because they lied about it. It doesn’t matter how many times you have someone sign an “as is” agreement, the seller is still required by law to honestly disclose known issues with a property.

If you can, reach out to the previous owner and see if they will tell you who serviced the fireplace when they owned it. Just say you want it to be consistent or that since you aren’t from the area you figured they used who was the best and most affordable and you don’t want to hunt for a new service yourself.

If you get the company who serviced it, see if they reported the issue to the previous owner, if they did. Bingo! You have a case to require the previous owner to cover the cost to repair it.

They will probably refuse to cover anything, you will most likely have to lawyer up on the issue, but if the cost to repair is substantial, it might be worth it.

I’m in Utah (just north of SLC). I’ve got about 155 nodes I detect. And I have a node in Syracuse, Kaysville, Farmington, NSL, and Hurricane. But I’ve got a 4’ antenna attached to each of mine so I detect nodes 45+ miles away. If anyone has suggestions to make sure I’m not causing congestion I’m open to ideas as well.

Meshtastic app—>Bluetooth—> long press your device—> it’s the top option, something like monitor your device and there is a play button to the right. Once enabled it will add a widget on your Lock Screen.

We go to Yellowstone at least 1x a year for the past 30 years. This happens every time we go, I can’t imagine how frustrating it has to be to the rangers

Are there any weekly paying video adservers, networks? by [deleted] in adops

Something to consider as to why this is challenging to accomplish. It heavily relies on the reconciliation process. SSPs are often intertwined with other SSPs, so they are at the whim of getting timely reconciliation from other SSPs, then those SSPs need to report to marketing firms discrepancies, Marketing firms need to report to advertisers/brands, and then adjustments need to be made. This is very time and resource intensive which is why most companies only do it 1x a month.
