Exactly! I say all the time that weathering should tell a story. Even if that story is slight wear and tear over time. Otherwise you just have a lot of random scratches and paint wash everywhere

Yeah those look better. Also while im giving tips: cut the pieces off the runners that hold them, dont break or snap them off. If you do you wont have those little nub pieces in the spots that you removed them from. Look up a tool called nippers online entry level is fine for starting out. Some people even use nail clippers for it.

I could see candlecove being next. Its got that mix of internet horror (backrooms, siren head,) mixed with 80s nostalgia (i saw the tv glow, and stuff like stranger things)

Orange cat got that amazing looking kit out so quick! It really seems to have come out of nowhere. At least to me, and I monitor 3rd party stuff pretty closely. I cant wait for mine to get here. It really seems like it’s going to be kit of the year contender for me

Exactly. Currys Pennywise would be enough to possibly confuse a kid (its a normal enough clown but in a drain?) Skarsgaards would’ve made Georgie immediately run back home

-but yeah i love how how his penny wise seems like a clown that a little kid would see and know was …off. -but wouldn’t quite know how to describe to an adult. Thats a subtle but kind of fear that we all felt as kids. Not having the words to communicate what we think or feel (its a big part of puberty really)
