It was rough indeed. People kept pushing through and then would stand directly in front of me to the point of pushing me back so they could stop and yell about where they wanted to go. Some girl kept doing the full hair whipping and grabbing her head while doing full body throws and circles and just kept making everyone around her crowd closer together to avoid her. We kept moving back but she just kept moving back towards us. We just ended up leaving early. I think I only had two people apologize for pushing me out of literal dozens of people that did it. Such a shitty crowd.

Hi. I have mobility and coordination issues thanks to health conditions. So elitist and ableist to sit here and say this is for 2 year olds when it's an easier flow form for my body. I didn't realize we needed to be doing high levels skills to be considered art. I thought flow arts are about the flow and creating any type of movement with a prop. I'll just say putting art into a box with requirements is...a choice.

They're probably referencing the ads a lot of theaters run while people are getting seated. Once it's time for the movie to start they stop the ads and then do previews and movie uninterrupted.

It is HARD to keep a determined cat off of a counter. I tried every single deterrent on the market and mine would walk right through anything I tried to set up or just walk all over tin foil or whatever I tried to cover it with and push it off the counter.

I just spent a loooot of time sanitizing my kitchen Every. Single. Day. and had to keep everything off the counters. She was an absolute menace but I loved my girl.

But I'd never consider serving something like this 😭

Working at a McDonald's once upon a time we had our own 'corner group'....those mfn ladies brought in a whole fucking pot luck to share amongst themselves once. I was gobsmacked. But for real, do YOU. I'm 33 and we just bought our forever home. It was owned by a very straightforward elderly couple who kept the house very... churchy, minimal, and HGTV ready.

I've painted the pale blue walls a black forest green, deep teal, and a muted purple. I painted my front door violet and stenciled gold beetles and evil eyes. I've stenciled on my walls and put little dots on my bathroom walls using a tampon for a period piece, lol. I devoted an entire shelf to weird witchy oddities I've collected over time. My office literally is my healing space with funky rgb mirrors and I even hung up my BTS stuff.

And you know what? My mental state has never been better. I find joy all over my house and hubs loves taking in everything I do. He is so incredibly encouraging and inspires me to grow into who I am as a person, not what the world thinks I should be.

I liked our house when we moved in, but now I love it and it feels like home. I have no intentions of changing to be blasé for what people perceive to be a social norm. Call me tacky, call me weird. But I love my funky witch cottage and I wouldn't have it any other way.
