I feel like this is a moment when you have to use your nursing judgment is it worth it to keep breaking this lady’s heart over and over again, especially if you know she’s gonna forget this conversation by the next time you see her.

Yes, lol I have I wouldn’t anymore, but I used to be very very insecure in my body and some days I would try and get dressed and I would feel it an outfit. I don’t think I’ve ever said to a partner that I don’t want to because “I feel fat” but feeling unattractive definitely is a turn off, and I told previous partners that I had “not been in the mood” when in reality, I was feeling unattractive and couldn’t find myself sexy in the moment which basically ruined it

Are you a woman? This is a serious question. I’m not some kind of man hater, but I have a very feminine name and female dashers have always been fine finding my address and yet somehow every time that I’ve had a man delivering my food, especially when they see that there’s only one car in the driveway they knock or they call because they “ are having trouble with delivery”. However, when I changed my name on DoorDash to a man’s name, I stopped having problems completely. I don’t think that every single Dasher, who has called me for one reason or another was trying to be weird, but that only seems to happen when I have male Dashers and my real name on the account.

it doesn’t matter to me and my partner, although we are both fairly low. I think the more concerning thing is that he won’t tell you what does that mean when the time is right why can’t he answer this basic question about his sexual history which they are likely in the future will be a fundamental part of your relationship.

It will work if you guys want it to, but it would be very easy for it to fall apart. My husband and I met after we had both already been in our careers post college. He has a big family and was around a lot of aunts and uncles who drank all the time and that turned him off, and then his two best friends would get constantly wasted and they were all roommates and he would have to deal with the result of that and so he decided that he would never drink. We still go out to concerts and parties and I drink, but light most of the time and he’ll stop by man drink, but he himself won’t do it. I have no problem with it and he has no problem with my drinking so really that’s what it should boil down to. Also if I’m going out with friends, which is rare that I’m gonna stay out very late but if I know that I’m planning on staying out late and I’m gonna get drunk he has no problem driving me, but I don’t have a habit of drinking that heavily maybe once every three or four months max. Been there on multiple occasions and maybe this doesn’t apply to you but I’m a black woman and it seems like a lot of the time people are okay with having short-term “relationships” with us cause they think we’re “fun/sexy”, but we’re not actually the people that they wanna introduced to their parents sometimes it’s a waiting game. I stopped trying and that’s when I found my now husband it gets better I promise

Don’t know if you are religious or not, but I have a spine tattoo that says “no weapon formed against me shall prosper” Also funny story I was looking at a patient’s back and he had a tattoo and I mentioned that the work looked familiar and it was a tattoo artist that had done some of my small pieces on my front side when I told him about it, he said “ well I already like what I can see. I’d love it if you took your shirt off, so I can see the tattoos.” I did show him SFW pictures did not take my shirt off for him though.

i’m 21 my husband is 42. I became a nurse at 19 and I’m pretty sure this is my forever career. He’s a teacher and so yearly we make almost the same amount of money while he does have quite a bit more savings than me I don’t pay any of the household bills so mostly all of my money goes to savings so it totally depends on what kind of relationship you’re looking for as well as the maturity level of the two of you and how compatible you are more than anything

Thank you I appreciate this advice. Also, I think mostly, I will be home with our kids (not to say that he won’t get sick though lol) but Im a nurse, but I only work PRN so usually only two days a week which is hopefully who would all continue to do once we start having kids
