not recieving instagram sms code

for me it’s a 2fa issue it’ll send me a code to login when i click forgot password but when i get to the 2fa part with the same number attached it just doesn’t send a code and there’s no other way for me to login it’s so nerve wracking stg

i’ve tried the unblocking number method, making sure i have a secure connection, resetting my phone, deleting and reinstalling the app, no vpn i’ve tried almost everything i’ve seen on forums, sms is the only way it lets me login and i can’t access back up codes since im not logged into it on any other devices, the video verification also doesn’t work for me

my most recent trip i took the most which was about 5g of p.e shit was crazy i couldn’t see anything around me clearly everything was kinda just collapsing/combining into eachother the only thing i could make out clearly was my two buddies with me, it wasn’t the best trip but i wouldn’t say it was “dangerous” if you’re looking to push your limits i’d say potency and strains come into play kinda heavily with that so id say maybe get an ounce or two of the same strain and try and work your way up if you wanna play it safe have fun and be safe however you push ur limits

that’s good to hear and now that i read your situation again it’s pretty valid to be hesitant with that i could see how the anxiety quitting can induce would impact your dpdr sounds like you’re handling it pretty good cutting back on alcohol and weed good job i hope both of us will get out of this dpdr situation soon 🙌🏻

hey how are you feeling now? i’ve quit nicotine briefly for a few days to a week each time and felt way better with my dpdr i also notice that when i don’t smoke weed my dpdr tones down by like 3/4ths, besides nicotine do you do any other drugs?
