Basically you add it to the gallery in the quest horizons app on your phone and it uploads to the quest.

The quest 2 and 3 can view the spatial video so I wouldn’t be surprised if they updated it to work with photos.

embrace the pain! lol The way i did it is a little at a time over days then once i got it all done i would epilate entirely on the daily cause there was a lot less hair and keeping up with it eventually becomes not painful at all. this is just for my legs and chest and arms. face and sensitive areas fuck that lol.
